Application Process

   Document Screening

   Submit the application form on this site with your basic information, background, and a short video message.

2. 2

   Video Submission

   A short video (within 3 minutes) on the topic: "What do you think is the most important when teaching very young learners?"

3. 3

   Demo Lesson & Interview

   A demo lesson and in-person interview at our school in the 2nd stage.

4. 4

   Result

   We will contact you within 7 days after documents arrive, and within 7 days after the interview.

5. 5

   Hired & Training

   After being hired, you'll go through a paid training period (0–2 months depending on skills, ¥1,100/hour) before starting regular lessons.

   応募（書類＋ビデオメッセージ）

   このサイトの応募フォームから、基本情報・経歴・志望動機とビデオメッセージ（自己紹介と質問への回答、3分以内）をまとめて送信します。

2. 2

   書類・ビデオ審査

   書類到着後7日以内に、審査結果をメールなどでご連絡します。

3. 3

   二次選考（模擬レッスン・面接）

   日程を個別に調整のうえ、教室で模擬レッスンと面接を行います。

4. 4

   合否連絡

   面接後7日以内に合否をご連絡します。

5. 5

   採用・研修

   採用後は研修期間（0〜2か月、スキルにより異なる。研修期間中は時給1,100円）を経て、本勤務を開始します。
