Q. Do I need teaching experience?
A. No. Teaching experience is not required — we provide training and support, and welcome applicants who are willing to learn and improve as a teacher.
Q. Can non-Japanese applicants apply?
A. Yes, non-Japanese applicants are welcome. You must currently live in Japan or have a valid visa; student visa holders are welcome too.
Q. Do I need to speak Japanese?
A. No, Japanese language ability is not required. Support from Japanese staff is available.
Q. Can I choose my working days and hours?
A. Working hours are weekdays 14:00–20:00 and Saturdays 9:00–17:00, 2–5 hours per day, 1–5 days per week. Your exact schedule is set to match students' lesson slots (not a pick-any-day shift system), and once set it's usually the same day/time every week.
Q. Is there training?
A. Yes. There is a paid training period (0–2 months, depending on skills) at ¥1,100/hour, plus structured lessons and teaching materials.
Q. How long does the selection process take?
A. We contact you within 7 days after your documents arrive, and within 7 days after the interview.
Q. What should I talk about in the video message?
A. A short video (within 3 minutes) including (1) a self-introduction and (2) your answer to: "What do you think is the most important when teaching very young learners?" Feel free to show a special skill or talent too. Programming teacher applicants can skip (2).

Q. 未経験でも応募できますか？
A. 経験不問です。長期勤続できる方、子どもの成長に関わる仕事がしたい方を歓迎します。
Q. 外国人でも応募できますか？
A. 外国人の方も歓迎しています。日本に在住しているか有効なビザをお持ちであれば応募可能です（学生ビザの方も歓迎）。
Q. 日本語ができなくても大丈夫ですか？
A. 日本語能力は必須ではありません。日本人スタッフによるサポートがあります。
Q. 勤務日数・時間は選べますか？
A. 週1〜5日、1日2〜5時間の範囲でご相談可能です。ただし都度希望を出せるシフト制ではなく、生徒の受講枠に合わせて曜日・時間が決まり、一度決まった後は基本的に固定勤務となります。
Q. 研修はありますか？
A. 0〜2か月の研修期間があります（スキルにより異なります）。研修期間中は時給1,100円で、教材やレッスンプランも用意されています。
Q. 選考にはどれくらい時間がかかりますか？
A. 書類到着後7日以内に書類・ビデオ審査の結果を、面接後7日以内に最終結果をご連絡します。
Q. ビデオメッセージでは何を話せばいいですか？
A. 3分以内の動画で、（1）自己紹介、（2）幼児・小学生に英語を教える上で最も大切だと思うことをお話しください。特技があれば披露していただいても構いません。
